User Profile

When You create a user profile in the Services and confirm being the holder of a certain number, OneStop will collect the information provided by You. In order to create a user profile, You must register Your first name, last name and email. Additional information that may be provided at Your option include, but is not limited to, phone number, photo, gender, street address and zip code, country of residence. OneStop may supplement the information provided by You with information from third parties and add it to the information provided by You e.g. demographic information and additional contact information that is publicly available.

Installation and Use

When You install and use the Services, OneStop will collect personal information from You and any devices You may use in Your interaction with our Services. This information may include e.g.: geo-location; Your IP address; device ID or unique identifier; device connection information;access to device address book; device log and event information; logs You use and other information based on Your interaction with our Services such as how the Services are being accessed (via another service, web site or a search engine);

  • OneStop has a feature which is called “Pre-Approved GatePass”. This feature enables the users to invite someone to their office / premise at a specific date and time for a seamless entry to their premise.

    Location Information

    With your consent, we gather and utilise location data from your device. when you choose to utilise location-related services, such as when you opt to view nearby places or locations that other people have shared with you, or when you choose to share your location with your contacts. You may find specific settings for location-related information in the device settings or the in-app settings. We use IP addresses even if you don't use any of our location-based services.

    Camera/Gallery/Storage Information

    Many of our services demand that we take pictures and gather other data from the camera and photos on your device. For instance, unless we have access to your camera or photographs, you won't be able to send snaps and photos from your camera roll. All the below details are not mandatory to provide. You have a choice to upload or not.

    Images on User Profile
    1. We also collect visual information through the images that you post to our services, including your profile photos. Your Onestop profile and the posts you make are publicly accessible, which means anyone can see your profile photo, name, and description about yourself if you add that information.
    Images on Company Profile
    1. We collect company logo prominently in the company profile image. The logo should be clear, easily recognizable, and represent the essence of the company. The logo which you using here will appear a sit is on your transactions. And we also collect some company profile related documents like (director images, din,cin pan ,vat, moa and aoa document) which are non mandatory. You have a choice to upload these files to track all company related document at one place.
    Images on Contact
    1. We collect your visiting card, voter Id, aadhar, gst,pan vat, & CST document images (non mandatory), you have a choice to upload the details while creating your client/vendors for kyc.
    Images on Item creation
    1. We collect item (product) image while creating the item on onestop to easily understand the product name/description.
    Images on Gate Pass
    1. We collect Visitors /Vehicles provide identification documents like driver's licenses, ID cards, or passports and can take a photo of the visitor, Vehicle or material and link it to their visitor pass record.
    Images on Material Bin
    1. We capture images that clearly show the quantity and arrangement of items within the bins.
    Images on Material offload
    1. We collect images of material offloading, like (weight slip, containers images,container seal and other inside inspection images) could depict various scenarios and processes related to the unloading of materials from one place to another.
    Images on Manufacturing (furnace data)
    1. We collect images to show the external structure of different types of furnaces. Images might depict the process to verify the accuracy of the gas/oil pressure in production.
    Images on Weighbridge
    1. A weighbridge is a large platform used to weigh vehicles and their contents. This is a display unit that shows the weight readings and needs Gross and Tare Weight to calculate the Net Weight. We collect these images to verify the user's input details.

    1. We collect your tasks, information and resources to uploading into a TO DO module can be a helpful way to keep in one place.
    Images on Scan
    1. We collect your image to scan the QR code to process the data and take the appropriate action on it.
    Attachment on CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
    1. We collect your files to update the your remark/note data on CRM .

    USE – How we use the information we hold

    We use the information discussed above in a number of ways to improve and personalize our services.

    1. Verifying your identity (such as when you access your account information);
    2. OneStop will request you for the mobile number of the person you wish to invite for gate pass and thus we request the user to enable OneStop to access their contact list.
    3. Location information is use to know the your location where you access features like share location with any other user or provide the location information about your transaction.
    4. Images from device camera or gallery is used to display on user profile & camera to scan the QR code for data processing.
    5. All the above information /data we collect to improve the efficiency of the OneStop Services.

When you delete your OneStop account, Your all data will be deleted from our servers as well as any of your other information we no longer need to operate and provide our Services. Be mindful that if you only delete OneStop from your device without using our in-app delete my account feature, your information will be stored with us for a longer period.

    We may sometimes anonymise your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further reference or notice to you.
