OneStop offers GST compliant online bill generation and other services to individuals, businesses and organizations in India and reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes shall be effective and legally binding on you when posted on our website for the service or when we use reasonable efforts to notify you by other means. The app provides attendance tracking using face recognition.
By registering, employees agree to the use of their biometric template solely for attendance verification.
Employees must provide accurate information during registration.
Biometric data (face descriptors) is stored locally on the kiosk device and optionally synced with the employer’s backend if enabled.
The employer/organization (not the app provider) is responsible for managing, reviewing, and deleting employee biometric data when required.
The app provider is not liable for data misuse caused by improper device management by the employer.
Employees must provide explicit consent before registering their face in the kiosk.
If consent is not given, the employee cannot use face-based attendance features.
The app is provided “as-is” for attendance tracking.
The provider is not responsible for attendance disputes, incorrect punch-ins/punch-outs, or employer misuse of attendance data.
The kiosk app may enforce device settings such as time synchronization and lock mode to ensure accurate attendance logging.
Employers are responsible for maintaining the device’s physical security and preventing unauthorized access.
The Storage Module serves as a centralized repository for documents uploaded, generated, or stored through any application, feature, or module provided by the Provider.
Such modules may include, Gate pass Management , Vehicle Management, Document Management, HR and Accounting & Finance
Documents may be automatically stored in the Storage Module when they are:
Subject to user permissions and access rights, authorized Users may view, search, download, manage, and organize documents stored within the Storage Module regardless of the originating module.
All documents stored within the Storage Module, including user-uploaded files and system-generated files, contribute toward the total storage allocation available under the User's subscription plan.
Users acknowledge that system-generated documents and files uploaded through any module consume storage space and are included when calculating storage usage limits.
Users are responsible for periodically reviewing, downloading, archiving, or deleting documents that are no longer required in order to manage available storage capacity.
Deletion of documents from the Storage Module may affect their availability within associated modules and records. Users should exercise caution before deleting documents and ensure that any required backups have been created.
The Provider shall not be liable for loss of access to records, reports, or transactions resulting from the deletion of related documents by authorized Users.
Each active annual subscription includes 5 GB of complimentary cloud storage at no additional cost. The complimentary storage allocation is available only for the duration of an active subscription and is subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Additional Storage Purchase: Users may purchase additional storage capacity in increments offered by the Provider (for example, 5 GB, 10 GB, 15 GB, or other available plans).
Users are responsible for monitoring their storage consumption through the storage management features provided within the application.
If a User reaches the maximum allocated storage capacity:Further uploads may be restricted. Existing documents will remain accessible, subject to an active subscription.The User may either purchase additional storage or delete existing files to free storage space.
The Provider reserves the right to revise storage subscription pricing, storage plans, and storage limits at any time. Any pricing changes shall apply prospectively and will not affect already-paid subscription periods.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request to close the account with us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
If you cancel within your free 7 day's trial period, you won't be charged anything. If you’re a paying subscriber and you cancel your subscription to OneStop Online Service for any reason, Codeit is unable to provide you with a pro-rata refund for the rest of the month that you paid for up front. You will continue to get the OneStop Online Service for the remainder of the month you paid for which is when the cancellation of the subscription is made effective and when you will no longer have access to the service.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products, Client can cancel within free 7 day's trial period. There is no refund after Subscription.
